Last night our dear friends Kristin & Shawn welcomed their precious little girl into the world. She arrived 1 day before her due date! Last night Shawn emailed me a photo and Isaac was on my lap when I opened the email. He got very excited about the "Beee" (as he calls babies) and started saying it over and over. He was waving at the picture and even got up on my desk to kiss the picture on my computer screen. It was so cute that I almost started crying....then again, maybe it's just the hormones!
In other baby news - we had our checkup at the OB today - tomorrow is 19 weeks into my preganancy. The baby's heartrate was good and my blood pressure was good, so it was a very uneventful visit - which is great at this point. Right now they have me set to deliver on December 19 with a scheduled c-section - of course that can change, but that is the plan for now. If it works out that way - we will be able to come home from the hospital just in time for Christmas. Next week we have an ultrasound scheduled, so I will have new pics of our little one!
