Spring is here???
It's hard to believe that as I write this on a 70 degree Monday, that just last Wednesday, we got almost a foot of snow! Here are some photos of John and the kids playing in the snow. Hopefully these will be the last of our snow photos - I'm ready for spring!!

Open them...shut them
I take the kids to a music and movement class at the library every Monday morning. The teacher closes the session each time with this cute little "hands" saying. As you can see, Tessa loves it just as much as her big brother. Usually Isaac is a little better at saying the words - I think he was mesmerized by the camera.

Off to the races
Each night after dinner, the kids tend to get a second wind. This is usually dealt with by "racing". As you can see, Tessa isn't going to let her big brother beat her for long!

Another Kansas Weekend
I know my postings have been few and far between lately....but we've been busy! We flew to Kansas City last weekend for Nicole and Eric's wedding. We had so much fun being a part of their big day and seeing lots of family and friends. Here is Tessa all dolled up for the occasion.

(Quick) Weekend in Kansas
We took a quick trip back to Kansas last weekend to celebrate my nephew Parker's first birthday. Happy Birthday Parker, you little cutie! The kids did pretty well in the car, considering we were almost in the car as long as we were actually there! Thank goodness for DVD players!
Here is the birthday boy before his party!
Tessa at the party with Gracie (my cousin's little girl).
Parker's big sister Finley checking out the presents.
I love the look on hs face here! He looks like such a little boy!
And, last but not least, the obligatory cousins pose on the couch (Tessa, Isaac, Finley, and Parker). The kids had so much fun playing together this weekend. It is really amazing to watch how each kid looks up to the one who is just older than them. Wish we lived closer so that they could play together more often!
