We had a pretty low-key weekend here at the Nap household. We're still busy moving things back down to our now finished basement. It's really nice to get all that stuff out of the garage. John finished painting the baby's room - I'm sure he's happy to not have me asking when he is going to finish it anymore! :-)
Some interesting campaign news...John has had a near run-in with both candidates this weekend. On Friday he met McCain's motorcade on the highway on his way home from a meeting in Aurora. Yesterday he met Obama's motorcade on the highway on his way back from a dog-training session. Last night he went over to his office to pick up some paperwork and called me a few minutes later - Obama was at the Democratic Party office right next to his office. It's a little strange to have an armoured motorcade and Secret Service agents here in our little sleepy town!
